Among them, how many managers? 1You will join the operations team (around 35 people), allowing you to see the complete operational process of our Home Healthcare activity by working on improvement projects such as:
Management of projects identified to improve cooperation and versatility between the operations department, logistics department and customer service but also with other operations / sales departments,
Participate to the daily operations management and organization in coordination with the department manager,
Identification of priority pain points and action plans to solve them,
Participate and support the implementation and deployment of new tools (Salesforce, CTI, etc…),
Propose, follow, test and receive the evolution requests of the existing applications interfaced with ERP (SAP),
Optimisation of patient logistics through a logistic analysis and re-organisation,
Definition and follow up of Operations dashboard.

Engineering or business school academic background in data management or/and Project management,
Strong interpersonal skills,

1-2 years of work experience,
Languages required: English and French (mandatory); Dutch (it's a plus).

Position based in Zemst for an initial period of 12 months, extendable once.
